What is Psychotherapy?

 

Psychotherapy can help problems including difficulties in relationships, coping with daily life, the impact of trauma, emotional difficulties as a result of physical illness or losses like the loss of a loved one; and specific mental disorders, like depression or anxiety. The purpose is to reduce or control troubling symptoms to enable a person to functions

better and improve well-being.
